Services

Personalized, whole-person care at every stage, designed around your goals, with the time and attention to truly understand your health.

Preventative Health

Focused on prevention and root causes. We review your full health history, current concerns, prior labs, and risk factors, complete a physical exam, and build a personalized prevention and wellness plan.

Women’s Health

Focused on offering whole-person care through every stage of life. Care for the concerns women are too often told to live with. We address hormonal health, perimenopause and menopause, bone and cardiometabolic health, weight and metabolic concerns, and preventive screening—with expanded lab options when indicated.

Men’s Health

Focused on optimizing energy, hormonal and metabolic health, cardiovascular wellness, performance, sleep, and healthy aging. We review your history and prior testing and create a personalized plan.

Patient Advocacy

Support navigating complex or chronic care. We coordinate among your providers, reconcile medications, review and interpret records, and help you and your family prepare for appointments and make informed decisions.

Supporting Your Care

Good care doesn't stop when the visit ends. We offer secure telehealth for many concerns, advanced and specialty lab testing through leading labs, including Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory and Genova Diagnostics, and in-house blood draws to minimize the need for additional appointments.

Acute Care for Established Patients

For established patients, we offer acute care appointments (with availability) to address common medical concerns promptly, including colds and respiratory infections, sore throat, cough and bronchitis symptoms, sinus and urinary infections, allergies, conjunctivitis, minor skin issues, medication questions, review of lab or imaging results, or follow-up after urgent care or the ER. Typical acute visits are 15-20 minutes and many of these can be evaluated through telehealth
